Goals
I created this site, so that I could incorporate all aspects of my work, trainings, and expertise into one.
I am looking for a space to hold Yoga and Healing classes, and am open to starting in the local Philadelphia area in a small center for the time being.
For several years, most of my work has been limited from many other gifts I love to share. Now, with Your Whole Breath, I can come back to me again, create a new outlook, start over, and continue the same work I was doing before, however, with a more powerful emphasis; one that is bigger and brighter and encompasses the whole person. Now is where the true healing begins.
Some Goals I have are to go back to college and complete a degree in Psychology, start teaching Workshops and classes in Yoga and transforming relationships, to create videos, write books, and build and strengthen a spiritual community based on consciousness, awakening and creating deeper connection of love to your loved ones and friends.

Who Is Asttarte JAH
History & Background
I grew up in the Suburbs of West Chester, PA, at the time what seemed like in the middle of the country. I lived across from woods that surrounded every distance from the windows of my home. We were visited often by ducks, geese and turtles. There were hidden paths to run through the trees and many trails were there for my easy wanderings. I found myself exploring these woods often. My father was a farmer and we spent a lot of time outdoors.
I later discovered that nature became my closest ally and biggest resource for healing and relaxation. My background was filled with sports, writing, art and many adventures. As adulthood came, the core I developed in my muscles was only an asset to my work as a Massage Therapist, my love for writing as a child planted the seeds to help me in my business, and my love for art supports everything I do and everything I am. My adventurous nature continued on.
I studied Cultural Anthropology & World Religions in college, how social systems interrelate with each other and the diversity of religions and ethnic backgrounds. I took several classes on Psychology and writing. This was a time of self discovery. My teachers always professed that I would be a Professional Writer and Psychoanalyst one day; as my desire is that of being an author and writer, as well as a Professional Healer and Practitioner. Later I explored the realms of the psyche and pursued healing as an art to heal myself; and later turned to a path of helping others.My exploration continues. As I am enriched in every moment, by the wonders and workings of my mind, my heart becomes filled and my longing for that moment has been complete.
